RESOLUTICN N0. 5632
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
AND APPURTENANCES THERETO.

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 12th day of
October, 1976, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of

Colfax Avenue 73rd Street Approximately 120 feet north
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto, and

WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the
council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and
mailed notice as required by law, and the hearing was held and the property
owners heard thereon, on the 8th day of November, 176.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Gity of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 5621 adopted on the 12th day of October, 1976.
2. That Orr-Schelen-Niayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this. improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 8th day of November,
