RESOLUTION N0. 5630
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
FROM 1976 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5420 appropriated funds and Resolution
No. 5591 revised appropriated funds for each department of the City for
the year 1976, and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General
Fund for various purposes, including unanticipated services and emergency
purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a special use permit

that will necessitate certain professional studies to be made and such
unanticipated expetYSe had not been provided for in the operation of the
Planning Department, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined beneficial to the City to provide
for this service.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota that. the sum of $I,500 be transferred from the
contingency appropriation of the General Fund to the Planning Department.

day of November, 1976.
