RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Theodore A. Samsel
1311 East 66th Street
Location: 1301-1309-1325 E. 66th St.
Use: Body Shop, Electrical, Candy,
Beauty Shop, Ceramics.
WHEREAS, Theodore A. Samsel, 1311 East 66th Street, Richfield, Minnesota,
had an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to
1301, 1309-1325~East 66th Street, which contract bears the designation of
Contract No. 212+ and which contract was guaranteed by a bond of the Reliance
Insurance Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $5,100.00, and
WHEREAS, Theodore A. Samsel has complied with the provisions of said agree-
ment and the Reliance Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of any further
obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Thomas A. Samsel
to continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the- City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
That the city manager is hereby autriorized and directed to release the
Reliance Insurance Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for any and all acts of
Theodore A. Samsel, committed or incurred in violation of Contract No. 212+ on
and after the 25th day of October, 1976.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 25th day of October,
1976.
