AND CALLING HEARING ON NOVEMBER 8, 1976 ON STORM SEWER
CONSTRUCTION AND APPURTENANCES THERETO

WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates,
Inc., (Consulting Engineers) with reference to storm sewer construction and
this report was received. by the council on October 12, 1976, Clerk's File
No. 9760.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council will consider the improvement of the area described in
accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the
Following described boundary line to-wit:
"Bounded on the north by Oak Grove Boulevard, on the west by Dupont
Avenue, on the south by 73rd Street and on the east by Bryant Avenue."

for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $1~+ , x+00 .
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th
day of November, 1976 in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. and
the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
