RESOLUTION N0. 5615 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING PURCHASE CONTRACT TO 3-M ALARM SERVICE, 500 ELEVENTH AVENUE SOUTH, MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA FOR CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE PUBLIC SAFETY AREA OF THE CITY HALL. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That it is hereby determined that the bid of 3-M Alarm Service is the lowest bid by a responsible bidder for the installation of a closed circuit television surveillance system within the public safety area of the city hall. 2. That the bid of 3-M Alarm Service for the installation of the above referenced project at the price contained in their proposal of August 25, 1976, in the amount of $11,193.00 is hereby accepted. 3. That the proposed contract between 3-M Alarm Service and the City of Richfield be given Clerk's File No. and be placed on file. That said pro- posed contract for the installation of said city project is hereby approved and adopted by the Mayor and Manager and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said contract for or in behalf of the City of Richfield and the Clerk is authorized and directed to affix the city seal thereto. 4. That payments to be made under the terms of said contract shall be charged against the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. 5. That the Corporate Surety Bond in the sum of the estimated contract price which accompanies said proposed contract is hereby accepted and approved. 6. That the City Clerk is authorized and directed to return the security documents to the unsuccessful bidders upon the execution of said proposed con- tract. _ Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of October, 1976.
