RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR TIE YEAR 1977 AND LEVYING
TAXES
T3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
Section 1. The budget for the city of Richfield for thg year 1977 is hereby
approved and adopted with appropriations for each of the departments to be

Section 3. There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in the City of
Richfield a direct ad valorem tax in the year 1976, payable in 1977, for the

Provision has been made in the General Fund for the payment
of the city's-contributory share to Public Employees Retire-
ment Association, and the Police and Firemen's Relief
'Associations. Provision has also been made in the General
Funu revenues for receipt of the local government aid distri-
bution.
Section 4. A certified copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to the
County Auditor,
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 8th day of
