OF FINAL PLANS AT~~D SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTI~ORIZATION
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PREMONT PARK TOT LOT
WIIEREAS, tt~e city council has ordered City Project f 65 far the redevelopment
of Fremont Park, and
VVHl:I;}'AS, tl~e concept plans for Fremont Park are hereby complete acid
approved by the Fremont Park Neighbors and the Park and Recreation Advisory
Commission, and
SNII.t:ItEAS, it is the desire of. the city council, the city staff, and the city
resi.derts to have said neighborhood tot lot,
I'~OW, `i'IIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Tvlinnesota as follows:
1. That the concept plans for Fremont Park are hereby approved.
'c'hat the Tina}. plans and specifications for Fremont Park as
prepared by the landscape architect are hereby approved.

3. "What the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
