WHERFu~S the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans for the
impravement of apart of Trunk Highway Number 39~+ renumbered as Trunk Highway
Iu~vniber 35t•~ J•rithin the corporate limits of the City of Richfield from the East
Junction CSI~IT 62 to the West Junction CSAH 62; and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked., labeled, and identified as
sP 2782-16'( (I-35w) from E. Jct. CSAIi 62 to W. Jct. CSAH 6?_, Preliminary Plans
for I~?oise Aba,~;•ement Barriers to be constructed of wooden planking; and
WHEREAS capies of said preliminary plans as so marked, label.e~d, and identified
a,_re also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHF'REAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body
of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to in-
corporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly
identified and described. '
