- RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT

CITY PROJECT N0. 667
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5555 passed by the council on the 14th day of
June, 1876 the city clerk. was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll
of the cost of permanent street construction., City Project No. 667, and

Z~iEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessement
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Richfield,
• Nllnnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the following dates in the council
chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
• property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.

2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed. assessment to be published~in the official newspaper at .
