RESOLUTION NO. 5551
RESOLUTION REGARDING ADOPTION OF DESIGN
FOR THE OFFICIAL CITY OF RICHFIELD FLAG
WHEREAS, the Richfield City Council has established the Richfield
Bicentennial Committee to coordinate the city's Bicentennial observation,
and
WHEREAS, the Bicentennial Committee has selected and recommended
to the city council a design for the official City of Richfield flag,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Richfield City Council that
the recommended design be adopted as the design for the- City of Richfield
flag, and'
BE IT FURTHER STATED that the Richfield City Council does authorize
the fabrication of said design into the city flag, and the expenditure for
the purchase thereof .
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 14th day of
June, 1976.
