WHEREAS, Dennis C. Otteson, x+30 Timberland Drive, Burnsville, Minnesota,
had an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield, relating
to 701 Washburn Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of
Contract~No. 211.2 and which contract was guaranteee by a band of the Travelers
Indemni'~y Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, Dennis C._Otteson has complied with the provisions of said
agreement and the Travelers 2ndemnity Company now seeks to be relieved of
any further obligation under said bond, and .
.'WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for 'requiring Dennis.
C. Ottescn to continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of
said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City~Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota,~as follows: .
That the city manager is. hereby authorized and directed to xelease the
Travelers Sndemnity Company, Minneapolis,. Minnesota for any and all acts of
Dennis C. Otteson, committed or incurred in violation of Contract No. 2132, an
and after the 2~th day of May, 1976.
