RESOLUTION N0. 5537
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HENNEPIN COUNTY TO REMOVE
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE AT WOODLAKE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
AND C.S.A.H. 53 (66TH STREET)
WHEREAS, Woodlake Elementary School will be closed at the end
of the 1976 school year, and
WHEREAS, the existing pedestrian traffic control device at
Woodlake Elementary School and C.S.A.H. (66th Street) will no longer
be needed for school pedestrian traffic.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City
of Richfield, Minnesota that Hennepin Gounty is authorized to remove
such signal when the school is demolished and the site cleared for
new development.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 24th
day of May, 1976. .
