_ - RESOLUTION -AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY . -
CONCERNING ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield intends to undertake certain street improvements -
.tn -connection with the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet redevelopment project, and
` ~ . WHEREAS,. Hennepin County intends to undertake certain street improvements
„ ron portions of county state aid highways within the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet project, •
and
- WHEREAS, it has been determined that it would be advantageous from a standpoint
of design and cost sharing for the City and the County to enter into an agreement
providing for the: design and construction of these improvements.
. ~ NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the pity Council•of the City of Richfield
that the agreement which has been negotiated between -the City of Richfield. and •
- Hennepin County is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
- to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Richfield. ~ •
