RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION. .

WHEREAS, the city council has received the engineering report
-far tYie construction of a new deep well, and
- WHEREAS, the city council concurs with the recommendation of ~_
.said report:
NOW THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the-city council of the City
of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed.
- 2. That Orx-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as the engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the city council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of
