RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFEP. OF APpROPRIATIOfd
` FROf1 THE 1976 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PARE. AND RECREATION DEPART"1EfJT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5508 appropriated funds for each department of~the
City of Richfield for the year 1976, and '

WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
. various purposes,~and ~.~
WHEREAS, the city council on January 26, 1976 dial approve second reading of
an amendment to Chapter IV of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield by add-
. ~ing Section 4.14, establishing a curfew in the parks, and .
WHEREAS, the city council has recommended the posting of said ordinance
relating to park curfew, and- -
tJHEREAS, it is hereby determined necessary to adjust the 1976 budget
-~ appropriation by $84O to reflect purchase of said signs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield
that the sum of ~84D be transferred from .the 1976 contingency appropriation of the
General Fund to the park maintenance division of the park and recreation departr~ent.
