RESOLUTION RELATING .TO TRAFFIC CON~.'ROL SIGNS
PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN THE VICINITY OF RAE DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of. the City of Richfield, .Minnesota,
as follows:
h. That~the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and .directed
to erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"No Parking 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m." on 65th Street
eastward from the east curb line of Rae Drive to
Graham Avenue
"No Parking .Between Signs" on 65th Street westward
from the east curb line of Rae Drive, around corner
to apartment driveway.
"No Parking 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m." on-the west side
of Rae Drive from the apartment driveway south to
66th Street.
"Two Hour Parking" on the ea$t side of Rae Drive from
. 66th to 65th Street, the south side of 65th Street
from Rae Drive to Graham Avenue and both sides_ of Graham
Avenue from 65th to 66th Street.
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so
erected on said streets, they shall be offiG3.al traffic control signs of
the City of Richfield and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a
violation of the traffic ordinance of this city.
Passed. by the. City Council of the City of Richfield this 26th day of
April, 1976.
