RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE RICHFIELD
e POLICE SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES BARGAINING UNIT
FOR THE YEAR 1976
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Richfield Police Supervisory Employees
Bargaining Unit have reached a complete understanding concerning rates of pay,
hours and other conditions of employment for.the year 1976, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that- contracts between the
City and the exclusive representative of employees in an appropriate
bargaining unit shall be implemented by council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve
the Labor Agreement between the City of Richfield and. the Richfield Police
Supervisory Employees Bargaining Unit for the year 1976 and orders the provisions
- of the Labor agreement to be implemented effective January 1, 1976.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 8th day of March,
1976.
