RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield has participated in a leasing program with
Hennepin County for all mobile and portable communications equipment used in
the police division for many years, and
WHEREAS, the formal leasing agreement has not been updated for several
years, and the equipment leased by the City of Richfield has changed since
. the time of the original lease, and '
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has submitted a new lease agreement to the
City of Richfield which reflects the current equipment in use, and
WHEREAS, funds are provided in the 1976 adopted budget for this purpose.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C! TY
OF RICHFIELD that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract for or on behalf of the City of Richfield and
the Clerk is authorized and directed to affix the city seal thereto.
