RESOLUTION N0. 5495
RESOLUTION APPROVING LA,BOR~CONTRACT
BE7.WEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND INTERNATIONAL
UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL N0. 49, AFL-CIO
FOR THE YEAR 1976
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the International Union of
Operating Engineers, Local No. 49 have reached.a complete
understanding concerning rates of pay, hours and other conditions.
of~employment for the year 1976, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts between
the City and the exclusive representative of employees in an appro-
priate bargaining unit shall be implemented by council resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the Labor Agreement between the City of Richfield and the
International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 49 for the
year 1976 and orders the provisions of the labor contract to be
implemented effective on the first day of the pay period closest
to January 1, 1976.
