-WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the various street widths in
the area bounded by 66th Street, Penn.Avenue, 62nd Street and Highway 35W.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the.City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, that the following streets. shall be constructed to
