RESOLUTION SUPPORTING SPECL~IL PENSION
LEGISLATION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR POSITION .
WHEREAS, the. attached special legislation has been drafted to resolve
- a pension problem for the. current. Richfield Public Safety Director, and

WHEREAS, the attached special legislation would be advantageous '
both to the city and to the public safety director, and
WHEREAS, the proposed special legislation would. not be detrimental
to the State PERA Police and Fire Fund, the Richfield Police Pension Fund
or PERA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by: the City Council of the City of
Richfield that the Council does support the attached special pension
legislation .
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of
February, 1976.
