RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1976 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN

WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides
that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of .steps. in each grade, the
bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade
and the. work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution, and
.WHEREA.~, the City administration has prepared a 197b pay plan for part time and
seasonal position classifications for which there are no essentially similar position
- classifications in other regular pay plans. .
", NOW, THEREFORE,- BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby does establish
for the year 1976-the following pay plan, which is to be effective on the first day"of
the pay period closest. to January 1, 1976, and subject to the provisions of the
gerson~.~l rules and regulations ordinance.-
