.RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION OF THE 1975 BUDGET
TO THE: PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT - -- '
WHEREAS, Resolutions Numbers 5249 and 5421 appropriated funds for
personal services, other expenses. and capital outlays for each department
of the City for the year 1975, and.. °
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund
for various" purposes, including the 1975 salary adjustments-and .the related
fringe benefit .contributions, and
WHEREAS, Resolutions Numbers 5292, 5295, 5319 and 5357 made appropriations
from the 1975 contingency account to the various departments for.-all pay plans
except the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1215, and

WHEREAS, Resolution No, approved the 1975 contract for International
Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1215, establishing the Fire Fighters 1975
pay .plan, and it is necessary to adjust the 1975 budget appropriation. $34,000
to-reflect such settlement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE 3T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, that the sum.of $34,000 be transferred from the contingency appropriation
of the general fund to the following department:
