RESOLUTION OF AUTHORIZATION
• ~ FOR THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
• TO ACT AS GRA.NT.EE FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED -
• TEA1K POLICING SYSTEM •
~S, the Richfield Department of Public Safety is ;submitting
an. application for second year funding of the Richfield Team Policing
System, and -
WHEREAS, the Richfield Department of Public Safety has requested
the City of Richfield to act as grantee for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Richfield act
as grantee for the Richfield Team Policing System Project. and admiinister
'' funds on behalf of the Richfield Department of Public Safety for the
• period from July 1, 1976 through June 30, 1977.
• BE IT RESOLVED, that:the Mayor and-the City Manager of the City -
of Richfield- are hereby authorized and directed to execute such an
agreement as requested by the Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention
- and Control to implement said project, if awarded.
- Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day
of December, 1975.
