1. That the ,City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed
to erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"STOP" signs on Irving Avenue at 67tYr Street
stopping Irving Avenue traffic at 67th Street

2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so
