RESOLUTION N0. 5~+~+2
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PARKING CONTROL -
DISTRICT IN THE VICINITY OF THE HIGH SCHOOL
- BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. That there is hereby established a parking control district
extending from Wentworth Avenue on the east to Lyndale Avenue
an the west and from 68th Street on the north to 7~+th Street
on the south, and
2. That within this parking control district the .following parking
restriction options would be available upon petition of the
residents:
a. "No Parking School Days, 8:00 am. to 10:30 a.m."
b. "No-Parking School Days, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m."
3. That there would be no requirement that the residents elect either
of the two parking restrictions and could continue. to have no
restrictions whatsoever. Additionally, other parking restrictions
may be imposed within the parking control district on the basis of
public safety or engineering considerations and upon the approval
of such restrictions by the city council.
