RESOLUTION RELATING TO REASSESSMENT FOR 197.4
PERMANENT STREETS ON TAX EXEMPT PROPERTY
PLAT 44827 PARCELS 3512 AND 4125
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield as follows:~
1. It is hereby determined that an error or mistake may have been
committed with reference to the. special assessment. made for
city project No. 657 insofar as such special assessments relate to the
following described tract of land;

Parcels 3512 and 4125
2. The alleged error or mistake is that the policy of assessing
abutting front footage within such tract benefited by such im-
provement was greater than the actual street that was constructed.
3. In order to permit this council to correct any such error or mistake,
a special hearing is hereby called to be held by this council to
reconsider the aforementioned special assessment in the amount of $7,030.58
made against such property. Such hearing shall .be held on Monday, the 10th
day of November, 1975, at 7;00 o'clock PM in the council chambers of the
city hall of the City of Richfield.
4. For the purposes of such hearing the amount of the proposed
assessment for such projects against such property shall be
$7,030.58, the sum originally assessed., but such assessment may be reduced
as the council shall deem appropriate. at the conclusion of such hearing.
5. Notice of such hearing shall be given to the owner of such property
and shall be published in the official newspaper of the city no
less than two weeks prior to the date of such hearing.
