RESOLUTTON AUTHORIZING REVISION OF 1975 BUDGET OF VARTOUS
DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5249 appropriated funds for personal services, other
expenses and capital outlays for each. department of the city for the
year 1975; and ~ ,-
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 5292, 5295, 5319 and 5357 made appropriations from
the 1975 Contingency Account to various departments; and
WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7..09, gives the council
authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one
office, department, ar agency to another within the same fund at
'the request of the city manager; and
WHEREAS, The city manager has requested a revision of the 1975 budget appro-
priations in accordance with Charter provisions and as detailed in
the proposed 1976 budget document; and
WHEREAS, Federal general revenue sharing regulations require that the use of
Federal General Revenue Sharing funds be appropriated in the same
manner that the city would ordinarily appropriate its awn general
revenues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the-City of Richfield as
follows:~ •
. Section I. That the 1975 appropriations for each department of the General Fund
and the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund be revised as follows:
