_ ~ ~ RESOLUTION REGARDING 35W NOISE ABATEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary -plans
for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as
Trunk Highway Number 35W within the corporate limits of the City of
Richfield from the CSAH 62 to 76th Street; and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office of Depart-
ment of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified
as Layout ~~1, 35W Noise Abatement Project, Richfield SP 2782-167; and
WHEREAS, cogies of said preliminary plans are so marked, labeled and
identified are also on file in the office of the city clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term."said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean,-refer to, and
fo incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals .particularly
identifed and described;
N0, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the im-
provement of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 35W
within the limits of the City. of Richfield be and hereby are approved with
the following additions;
1. Include the West side of 35W from 73rd Street (cross walk)
to approximately 75_;1/2 Street.
2. Include the East side of 35W between. 6430 and 6400 Emerson
Avenue.
3. That the barriers be wood barriers, tongue in groove.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 14th day of
October, 1975.
