RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR PERMANENT PAVING,
CONCRETE CURB AND GUTT~ft AND APPURTENANCES THERETO

WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted on the 12th day v£
May, 7-975 fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement obi
Street Improvement District No. 10,
That area bounded on the north by W. 66th Street, east by Penn
Avenue South, south by the North Service Drive of I--~+9~+ and on
the west by the west city limits (Xerxes Avenue South) excluding
W. 66th Street, Penn Avenue South and W. 76th. Street.
Street Im rovement District No. 11.
That area bounded on the nort by the 62nd Street Crosstown.p on
the east by I-35W, on the south by W. 66th Street and on the.. west .
by west city limits (Xerxes Avenue South) excluding 66th Streetp
Penn Avenue South, and Xerxes Avenue South.
by permanent paving, concrete cuxb and guttex and a~Purtenances thereto and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement, were given ten,days published notice of the
council hearing through two.::weekly publications of the required notice, and
mailed notice as required by"law, and the hearing was held thereon on the 6th
day of October, 1975•
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such improvement~is hereby ordered as proposed in Council
Resolution No. 5360 adopted on the 12th day of May, 1975•
