RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET
PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 75-~+

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
______~ 1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking~as contained in
Off-Street Parking Applicatioia No. 75-~+, Contract No. 2200 is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
- 2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking: area, bearing Contract No. 2200, be given Clerk's File No. 9662A, be placed
on file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract e.nd the clerk be authorized
to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions of
aid off-street parking contract, in .the amount of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) and 00/100
Dollars on which the Aid Insurance Company (Mutual), Des Moines, Iowa appears as Surety
is hereby approved.
~. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenace of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Code No. x+.05.
