RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
A. T. Minnesota, Tnc.
Location: 1400 East 7$tri Street
Use: Car Rental Business in con~iunction
with service station car wash
operation
WHEREAS; A. I. Minnesota, had an off-street parking agreement with the
City of Richfield, relating to 1400 Fast 7$th Street, which contract bears the
designation of Contract No. 2130 and which-contract was guaranteed by a bond of
the Travelers Indemnity Company, Hartford, Connecticut, in the amount of $i00.0U,
and
WHEREAS, A, I. Minnesota-has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Travelers Indemnity Company, Hartford,. Connecticut, now seeks to be relieved
of any further obligation under said bgnd, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no ~ustificatio~ for requiring A. I. Minnesota
to continue to prgvide a bgnd.for security on the .performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the-City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as foll.gwSc
That the. city manager is hereby authgrized and directed to release the Travelers
Indemnity Company, Hartford.; Gonn.ectcu:t for ~iiy and all acts of A.T. Minnesota,
committed ox incurred in va:olatiori of Contract No. 2130 on and. after the 11th
-day of August,- 1975.
