RESOLUTION N0. 5384
RESOLUTION RELATING TO $15,000 TRANSFER
OF FUNDS BY HENNEPTN COUNTY TO THE CITY
FOR MAINTENANCE OF WOOD LAKE NATURE
INTERPRETATIVE CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,

as follows;
1. The. City of Richfield acknowledges with appreciation the receipt
of $15,000 from Hennepin County, which sum has been provided to assist the
city in meeting the expenses of maintaining the city's public facilities
at Wood Lake Nature Interpretative Center.
2. Acting under Minnesota Statutes, Section 378.31, Subdivisions 2
. and 9, the City Council approves of and accepts such $5,000 of financial:
assistance from Hennepin County subject to the conditions and understanding
that such approval does not include approval by the cifiy of the exercise
by the county of any power set forth in Section 378.31 except the act of
providing the specific financial assistance referred to in Paragraph 1
i
of this resolution.
