1975-5372rRE50I~UTION Nb' 5372 4.02 • RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS -PARKING . RESTRICTIONS IN THE VICINITY•OF THE RICHFIELD HIGH SCHOOL . BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed to erect the following signs at the following locations, to wit: f1Z HOUR PARKING 8 A.M. - 4 P.M. SCHOOL DAYS" Both sides Augsburg Avenue, 70th Street to Lyndale Avenue Both sides 69th Street, Pillsbury Avenue to E. Pleasant Avenue Both sides 69th Street, W. Pleasant Avenue to Grand Avenue •~ ~ Bath sides b9th Street, Harriet Avenue to Garfield Avenue - South side 72nd Street, W. That when the a forementioned traffic control signs-have been so erected on said streets, they shall be o fficial traffic control signs of the City of Richfield and failure to observe• such signs Shall constitute a violation of the traffic ordinance of this city. 3. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed.to remove the signs at-the above locations, reading: . "NO PARKING 8:00 A.M. to 1,0:00 A.M. SCHOOL DAYS" 4. That this resolution supersedes all previous conflicting-resolutions. Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 9th day of June, 1975.
