RESOLUTION NO. 5357 ~.
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1975 SALARY
FOR THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield desires to establish
the 1975 salary for the city manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1975 the bi-weekly salary of $1, 250 {$32, 500 per
annum) for the City Manager Wayne S. Burggraaff which is to be effective on
the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1975.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager shall be eligible to benefit
from the fringe benefits available to other Richfield employees as specified in .
the personnel. rules and reg-ulations ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager receive an automobile
allowance of $135.00 per month in lieu of a 24 hour city car assignment.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city will provide the City Manager with
$45,000 term life insurance through the International City Management Associ-.
ation group life insurance pxogram. The annual premium for said policy to be
paid by the city. ~ '
