RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFTGATI'O'N Ol' TAX DELI~TC~UENT
LAND AS I~ON~CONS~RVATI.ON LAND
WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin County Minnesota
has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County Minnesota9 a list of lands
in said city which became the property of the State of Minnesota under t'he provisions
of law dedlaring t'he forfeiture of lands to the State for r~.on~~payment of ta~es~ which
said list has been designated as C1a.ssification List "64~°C", dated February 21~ 1975
and described as followso
Parcel 3380 Plat x+5605, which is Lot 17~ Bloc~€ 1.8
of Irwin Shores Additions except state highway,
WHEREAS the parcel of-land described above has heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County Minnesotan as non~co~nservat:ion. land
and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County Commiss:toners°
NOWp I'HEREF'ORE9 BE TT' R~SOLVED~ by said City Councils acting pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 1~57y Section 282.01 Subdo 1, that the sal.d classification by said Board of
County Commissioners of each parcel of land described above as non conservation land
be and the same is hereby approved and that th.e sale of -such parcel of land be anal
