RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR A REDETERMINATION
OF COMMISSIONER OF REVENUE'S ORDER DETERMINING
THE DISALLOWANCE OF A SPECIAL LEVY
The governing. body of the City of Richfield, by majority vote
of the whole body hereby gives notice pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 275.552, that it disputes the action ordered by
the Commissioner of Revenue with respect to subject order dated
February 4, 1975, insofar as it relates to the disallowance of the
following special levy claim(s):
1972/73 Special Levies Certification.
Compliance with Minnesota~Statutes 1971,
Section 179.69 Written Contracts- with
Employee Organizations, $5,000.00.
The Commissioner is hereby requested to make a further in-
vestigation into the matter contained in the order and to rescind
subject order insofar as it relates to the aforementioned dis-
allowed special levy claim(s).
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th.
day of February, 1975.
