{Consulting Engineers was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5207, passed by the City Council on the 10th
day of June, 1,974, a public hearing on said ampro'~rement was so ordered to be held on the
19th day of .August, 1974, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 521.1,, passed by the City Council on the 24th day of June,
1..974, the prelamina.ry 'report so ordered wa.s received and the public hearing date was
confirmed, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5225, passed by the City Council on the :19th day of
August, 1974, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare plains
and spe~aficataons for ornamental street lighting and appurtenances thereto for City
Project Noo 667, District No. 8, as outlined in said R~solutaon No. 5196, and has
presented such plans and specifications to the council. for approval., and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5237, passed by the Cite.,-Council on the 9t,h day of
September, 1974, a preliminary report for ornamental street lighting and appurtenances
thereto for City Projeot No. 667A, a part of Distract No. 12, by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron
& Associates, Inc (Consulting Engineers) wars so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5242, passed by the City Council on the 23rd da-y
of September, 1,974, the preliminary report so ordered was received and a public hearing
on said improvement wars so ordered to be held on the 28th day of October, 1974, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5269, passed by the City Council on the 28th day of
October, 1,974, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Assocaa.tes, Inc. was so ordered to prepare p1.a.ns
and speoifications for orna~mentah street lighting and appurtenances thereto for Caty
project Noo 667A, a part of Distract No. 12, as outlined in saad Resolution No. 523'7
and has presented such plans and specifications tc the council. for approval, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5270, passed by the Caty Council on the 28th day of
October, 1974 a preliminary report for ornamental. street lighting and appu.rtena?~oes
thereto for City Project No, 6678, a part of District No. 12, by Orr-Schel.en-Mayeron
& Assooia.tes, Inc ~Consultang Engineers) was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5282, passed by the City Coun~°i1 ors the 9th day
of December, 197, the p~°eliminary report so ordered was received and s publ~,c hearing

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5297, passed by the City Council on the 13th day of
January, 19',75, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was so ordered to prepare plans
and specifications for ornamental street lighting and appurtenances thereto for City
Project No. 667, a part of District No. 12, a,s outlined in said Resolution Noo 5270
and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for appro~ral.
Nnrrr THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by- the City Council of the City of Richf7el_d, M~.nnPSOts:,
as fol.Iows:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File
No.
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on
March 2~, 1975 at 11:00 a,.m. in the council chambers of the city
hall and that such bids will be tabulated and presented to the
City Council for award on March 24, 1975.
3. That all bids shall b~ ~'a.led with the City Clerk not later than
11:00 a.m. an the 20tY.day of Marche 1975, and that said bids will
be opened and read aloud at that time.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids on said improvement as required by law.
