RESOLUTION' ADOPTING
THE' COMMU~7ITY DEVE'1,OPMEN"T' PLAN AND PROGRAM
AND THE HOUS TNG ASS TS l'ANCC PLAN
WHER'~AS~ the Gity Council of the City of Richfield has reviewed the
Comrtzvnity :Development Plan and Program and the Housing Assistance Plan
in accord with the 'H.ou.sing and Community Development Amt of..19~4~ and
tn~HEREAS~ the City Council finds a need to provide community development
for the assistance of low and moderate income people and the elimination of
blighting condit;lons~ and
WHEkEAS~ the City Council finds a need to provide subsidized housing
for low and. moderate ~.~ncome people including elderly and
WH`~REAS~ the City Coun.c:i1 will review the Community Development Plan
and Program anal the Housing Assistance Plan on an annual basis and
G]'HEREAS, t:'he Community Development Plan. and Program a.nd the Housing
Assistance Plan will be made-part of Hennepin County "Urban County"
Ent;e,tlement Grant applicationo

Richfield does hereby adopt the Community Development Plan and Program
and the Housing Assistance Plano
