RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL STGNS ON
-EAST PLEASAidT AVENUE-FROM 65TH TO 63RD STREET
Designating it as a One-Way Northbound Street
"No Parking Any Time" on the East Side
"No.Pariting 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. October
to May" on the west side except "No Parking
Any Time" Opposite Driveways.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council_ of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed to
erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
EAST PLEASANT AVEIJUE FROM 65TH TO 63RD STREET
0
(a) Designate it as a One-Way Northbound Street
(b) "No Parking Any Time" on the East Side
(c) "No Parking 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. October
to May" on the west side except
(d) "I~To Parking Any Time" Opposite Driveways
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so erected
on said street, they shall be official traffic control signs of the City of
Richfield and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the
traffic ordinance of this city.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of February,
1975.
