and east by Penn Avenue.
Street Improvement District No, 1.1. That area bounded on the north
by 62nd Street, west by Xerxes Avenue, south by 66th Street and
east by Highway No, 35W•
by permanent street surfacing and ornamental street lighting and appurtenances t;herF~t.
and to assess abutting lots and parcels of land i.n the City of Richfield for all. or a.
portion of the cost of the improverient.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
1. That the proposed improvements be referred to Orr-Schelen-:~iayeror~ & Associ a~:Pc ,
Inc. (Consulting Engineers) for study a.nd that +-hey be instz~ucted +,o rep~;rt *.o the
Council with all Convenient speed, a.dvi.sing the Council in a preliminary wa.y, as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible, the areas to be assessed, and. as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection. with some o±her im:pro<<e-
ment and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the improvements listed in this resolution shall hereafter be known as
City Project No. 674.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction Fund,
such costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for ±he ~^cnst.ruc±.ic:~n
of this project.
