RESOLUTION N0. 5301
RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKING ANY TIME" ON SOUTH SIDE OF 72ND
STREET FROM PILLSBURY AVNEUE TO NICOLLET AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directec~.~
to erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"NO PARKING ANY TIME" on South side of 72nd
Street from Pillsbury Avenue to Nicollet Avenue
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so erected
on said streets, they shall be official traffic control signs of the City of
Richfield and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the
traffic ordinance of this city.
