RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKING 6 PM TO lO.PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY"
ON 18TH AVENUE FROM 225 FEET NORTH OF 6~+TH STREET
TO 63RD STREET (BOTH SIDES)
BE IT RESOLVED__by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby authorized and directed to
erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"NO PARKING 6 PM TO 10 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY"
on 18Th Avenue from 225 feet north of 6~+th Street
to 63rd Street. (Both sides)
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so erected
on said street, they shall be official traffic control signs of the City of
Richfield and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a.violation of the
traffic ordinance°of this city.
3. That Resolution No. 5219 dated July 22, 197+ prohibiting parking "~+ PM
to Midnight"on both sides of 18th Avenue from 63rd Street to 6~+th Street is
hereby rescinded.
