RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
FROM THE 1975 CONTINGENCY `I'0 PUBLIC SAFE'I"Y DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS Resolution No, 5249 appropriace~d f:u.nd~~ for each department of
the city for the year 1975; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
various purposes, including the 1975 salary adjustments and the related fringe
benefit contributions; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5296 approved the labor contract between the
City of Richfield and the Richfield Police Supervisory Employees for 1975
providing for a pay plan and certain supplemental fringe benefits and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined necessary to adjust the 1975 Budget
appropriation of tYae Police Division of the Public Safety Department $179552
to reflect such adjustments,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL
