WHDR~AS the city charter9 chapter 79 section 7009 gives the council authority
to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one office9 department, or
agency to another within the same fund at the request of the city manager9 and
WH~R~AS9 the cony manager has requested a final revision of the 1974 budget
appropriation in accordance with charter provisions and as detailed f.n the city
manager@s council letter dated December 239 1974; and
GIHBRNAS, the city manager has included in his request a discontinuance of the
Youth Service Bureau fund9 which fund had been financed by a federal grant9 such
close out occurring prior to the receipt of_all gram -'monies due the city,

Section 2, The Youth. Service Bureau fund is hereby authorized to be dism
continued as of December 319 1974 and that the general fund is authorized to
transfer sufficient cash to close the account estimated at $59271.73, Any
rev~n~es:acc~uin~.;~o,the Youth Servica Bureau as of December 319 19749 are hereby
appropriated to the general fund.
Sectie~n 3. That the manager and finance director bring into effect the
provisions of this resolution.
