THE 1975 COIQTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO VARIOUS bEPARTMEIV'rS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5249 appropriated funds for each department of the
city for the year 1975; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the General Fund for
various purposes, including the :975 salary adja~s~m~nt,~ and the related fringe
benefit contributions; and
WHEREAS, Resolutions 5289 and 5291 established the 1975 pay plans for the
General Services and Part-time and Seasonal employees; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5288 approved the labor contract between the City
of Richfield and the Richfield Police Federation for 1975 providing for a pay
plan and certain supplemental wage benefits; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No< 5290 established the city°s contribution toward
the premium for health insurance; and
WHE REAS, it is hereby determined necessary to adjust the 1975 budget
appropriation $121177 to reflect adjustments,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield
that the sum of $121,177,00 be transferred from the contingency appropriation of
the General Fund to the following departments:
