RESOLUTION RELATTNG TO TIDE 1975
SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREASg Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides
teat the assignment of classes to pay grades® the number of. steps in each grade, the
bi-weekly ra+~es in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade
and the work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution® and
WHERF'ASa the city administration has prepared a 1975 pay plan for part tune and
seasonal p~rsition classifications for which. there are no essentially sirrialar position
classifications in other regular pay plans.
NOW, TI3EREFORE, PE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby does
establish for the yearn 1975 the following pay plan, which is to be effective on the
first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1975, and subject to the provisions
of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
