RESOLUTION NO, 5288
RESOLUTTON APPROVING LABOR CONTRACT
BETWEEN CITY OF RICHFIELD AND THE RICHFIELD
POLICE FEDERATION FOR 1975
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Richfield Police Federation have reached
a complete understanding concerning rates of pay, hours and other conditions of
employment for the year 1975, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Ordinance requires that contracts between the city
and the exclusive representative of employees in an appropriate bargaining unit
shall be implemented by council. resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve
the Labor Contract between the City of Richfield and the Richfield Police Federation
for the year 1975 and orders the provisions of the labor contract to be implemented
effective on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1975.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 23rd day of December
1975.
