RESOLUTION N0. 5285
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR NEEDED TECHNICAL
AID AND ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE FROM THE MINNESOTA
HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to statutory authority, the City Engineer
for and on behalf of the City of Richfield is hereby authorized to request and
obtain from the Minnesota Department of Highways, needed engineering and technical
services when desirable to obtain such services; for which payment will. be made
by the City of Richfield upon receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner
of Highways.
