RESOLUTION NOo 5284
RESOLUTION REQUESTING STA'T'E OF MINNESOTA TO INCLUDE
T,YNDALE AVENUE IN ITS FEDERAL AID SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Federal Aid Urban Act of 173 established a Federal
Urban Aid System, and
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield desires to have Lyndale Avenue
included in this systemo
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
to That the administration is directed to request the Minnesota
State Highway Department to include L,yndale Avenue in the
State's Federal Aid Systema
